What is "UMAMI" and why are so many people talking about it? Join Mark Stenner and Chef Amanda Simcoe as they explore the oldest "new" flavor that people have been enjoying for thousands of years! Learn what it is, what it tastes like, and what foods are rich in it. We will sample various Umami-rich foods. Chef Amanda will then serve some simple and easy to prepare dishes with some of these ingredients.
