Winter Melon Soup
According to the Chinese Lunar Calendar, Spring is here and it tends to be the coldest time of the year. A warm hearty soup is often served to ward off the cold.
This soup has melon, bamboo shoots, straw mushrooms, lotus seeds and pork. It is cooked on a slow fire.
Beef Imperial
Pieces of beef cooked in a crock pot simmered with dark soy sauce, garlic and star anise
New Year Phoenix Casserole
Organic chicken pieces cooked in soy sauce with eggs and dry shitake mushrooms and chestnuts
Eight Precious Delights
A vegetarian dish consisting of fresh green vegetable of the day, mushrooms, baby corn, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, celery and white fungus

Mandarin oranges and chilled lychee on ice
