August 11th 2010 - Handmade Italian
Chef: Charles Bowen
Join Chef Charles Bowen Of LuClaire for an exciting evening of handmade Italian food! Chef Charles will begin with Parmesan Risotto with mushroom duxelle. Next he will demonstrate how to make Fresh pasta, and turn it into Fettuccine Alfredo. Next will be an ultra-thin crust Italian style pizza. For dessert, Cinnamon-Almond Biscotti.
Chef Charles is a graduate of the French Culinary Institute in New York City, and went on travel extensively through Italy to develop his passion for handmade Italian Cuisine.
